The difference is that Tank Johnson embarrassed them the second time, though I totally agree that it's silly at best and disingenuous at worst on the part of the Bears. 2) I think we're ok. CP and Chris Samuels haven't done anything (to my knowledge) that would even remotely come close to committing punishable offenses. Thoughts and words aren't typically criminal.Sean Taylor and Fred Smoot are another matter, but I don't really know if Fred Smoot did anything wrong. Taylor is the "bad boy" on the team but I'm hopeful he's reformed.
