Oh no! Even our best fans can't remember George Starke and Mark May. Good thing this site is here so we can remind each other of the old times and educate the young ones. The list of numbers was not intended to be entirely complete so much as to show that the Redskins have such a rich history we actually can't retire numbers. The only number I believe you missed was #3, Mark Moseley. Interestingly enough, he is not even in the unofficial set of retired numbers but I think he should be.For the record, while we're adding Brown, Taylor and Mitchell to our list of retired numbers (and rightly so) you have to add Sam Huff (70) and I personally would nominate Dave Butz (65) and Monte Coleman (51). Butz and Coleman exemplify what it means to be a Redskin to me. I'll never forget Butz's banged up helmets, and Coleman was a rock.
